Moustafa is an entrepreneur with over ten years of experience in construction in Africa, and a background in civil engineering and international affairs*. Throughout his career, he has led major public and private projects, contributing to economic transformation and infrastructure modernization.
He has overseen the execution of large-scale projects, including hospitals, municipal infrastructure, and significant public works, generating more than 1,000 direct and indirect jobs.
Recognized for his leadership and ambition, Moustafa has been selected for elite programs such as the Seed Transformation Program of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), and the African Presidential Leadership Program (APLP). These experiences have enabled him to refine his expertise in business management, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
Today, as the CEO of African Bridge, he leverages his expertise and network in +50 countries to build economic bridges between Africa and the Gulf. Kaspar is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in project development, business management, and construction coordination across Central and West Africa. With a strong academic background from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, he has built a diverse career across multiple industries and leadership roles.
Among his 30 years of experience, he spent 21 years as Project Development Manager for Samsung C&T Ghana Office, where he worked on over 20 projects across 15 countries, with a total investment exceeding $500 million. He played a key role in managing and developing large-scale projects across the region. Additionally, he has led major initiatives, including coordinating the construction of Garoua General Hospital in Cameroon, overseeing sales operations in Guinea, and managing pharmaceutical production in Senegal.
Fluent in English and French, Kaspar brings invaluable expertise, strategic vision, and multisectoral experience to African Bridge, contributing to the successful execution of complex projects and strengthening economic ties between Africa and the Gulf.
